| Libel | a published false statement that is damaging to a person's reputation; a written defamation |
| 5th amendment | double jeopardy and the right to not testivfy against yourself are two of the rights in this Amendment |
| naturalization | is the legal act or process by which a non- citizen in a country may acquire citizenship or nationality of that country. |
| grand jury | a group of 12 to 23 people who determine if a person should be put on trial for a crime or not |
