Frontalis Muscle on the forehead that moves eyebrows and forehead
Masseter Covers the lateral surface of the angle of the mandible and closes the jaw
Orbicularis oculi Sphincter that circles the eye and closes the eye
Orbicularis oris Sphincter that circles and puckers the lips
Temporalis Located superficially, over, the temporal bone, it closes the mouth
Zygomaticus major Originates at the zygomatic bone and raises the corner of the mouth
Sternocleidomastoid Originates from manubrium and clavicle, it flexes and rotates the head
Manubrium Bone above the sternum is top of the breast bone
Origin Part of the skeletal muscle that is attached to a fixed bone.
Insertion End of the skeletal muscle that attaches to the bone that is moved.
