Frontalis A: Raises eyebrows, wrinkles forehead horizonatally
Occipitalis A: Pulls scalp posteriorly
Orbicularis Oculi A: Closes eye, blinking, squinting
Orbicularis Oris A: Closes lips, shapes lips for speech and kissing
Zygomaticus A: Raises corners of mouth upward for smiling
Buccinator A: Smiling, blowing, sucking
Masseter A: Elevates mandible, prime mover for closing mouth, chewing
Temporalis A: Closes jaw, elevates and retracts mandible in chewing
Digastric A: Opens mouth by depressing mandible
Stylohyoid A: Elevates hyoid bone for swallowing
Sternocleidomastoid A: Prime mover for head flexion (as in praying)
Splenius Capitus A: Extends or hyperextends the head
