| Inmates subscribe to periodicals or publications | at their own risk and expense |
| Inmates will not be reimbursed by the Department of Corrections | for materials which are rejected |
| Inmates shall be prohibited from posting or otherwise displaying any pictures | or portions of books or publications |
| Such activity will subject the inmate to disciplinary action | and will cause the posted or displayed material to be confiscated as contraband |
