contact Telephone Numbers And Addresses

| For emergency and recall purposes | all members shall have a contact telephone during off–duty hours |
| In instances where an employee’s only telephone is a cellular telephone | the cellular telephone number may be substituted for a home telephone number |
| as long as the employee maintains a monthly account | with a cellular telephone provider |
| Cellular telephones, which are pre–paid for by purchasing | minutes, are not acceptable |
| Employees shall update any change of address or contact telephone number | on the Employee Information System within twenty–four hours of their return to duty after the change |
