Reporting and Investigating

QuestionAnswer
Any employees who believe that they have been subjected to discriminatory practices or harassment have the right to file an informal complaint with the E.E.O. Counselor
whose office is in Room 303 of the Police Memorial Building
An employee who is not satisfied with the way a complaint is handled or who prefers to make the complaint outside of the Sheriff's Office may take the complaint to the E.E.O./A.A
Office at City Hall within thirty days of occurrence of the alleged act of discrimination or harassment
Personnel found to have violated this policy shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action.
