In accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity (E.E.O.) Commission Guidelines harassment on the basis of sex is a violation of Section 703 of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
Examples of sexual harassment include Suggestive or obscene letters, notes and invitations
Derogatory comments slurs, or jokes
Assault, touching, impeding or blocking movements
Leering, sexually-oriented gestures or display of sexually suggestive
derogatory objects, pictures cartoons, or posters
