DEPARTMENT OF CORRECT TRAINING

| All new professional, health services, and support employees, including contractors and city employees (e.g., Food Service, Building Engineers) | who have regular or daily inmate contact will receive Orientation training |
| and an additional 40 hours of training to be completed prior | to being independently assigned to a particular job |
| Facility management and supervisory staff receive at least | 40 hours of management and supervision training during their first year |
| and at least 24 hours of management training | each year thereafter |
