External Oblique Inferior ribs. Linea alba and iliac crest.
Brachioradialis Lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus. Styloid process of radius.
Flexor Digitorum Medial epicondyle of humerus and proximal radius. Middle phalanges of digits 2 to 5.
Extensor Carpi Radialis Lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus. Base of 2nd metacarpal.
Biceps Brachii Coracoid process and supraglenoid tubercle of scapula. Radial tuberosity and proximal ulna (via bicipital aponeurosis).
Rectus Femoris Anterior inferior iliac spine. Tibial tuberosity.
Vastus Medialis Linea aspera of femur. Tibial tuberosity.
Tibialis Anterior Shaft and lateral condyle of tibia and interosseous membrane. Base of 1st metatarsal and medial cuneiform carpal bone.
