| What are the three phases of therapeutic hypothermia? | induction/cooling, maintenantce, and rewarming. |
| What is the goal temperature during the cooling phase? | 33-35 degrees celcius. |
| How long does the cooling phase last? | 12-24 hours. |
| When does the rewarming phase start? | 24 hours after the cooling phase was initiated. |
| At what rate do you increase the patients temperature? | 0.3 degrees C every hour. |
| What is the goal temperature for rewarming? | 36 degrees C. |
