TermDefinition
Public opinion Opinions from the people on any subject.
Public policy The government's goal and actions made in response to public issues.
Foreign policy Public policies to international matters.
Domestic policy Public policies of internal concern for the nation.
Opinion polls Surveys of public thought on a particular subject.
Representative sample An accurate survey of people from all around on one subject.
Pressure groups Groups that share a like opinion on a political issue.
Special intrest groups Groups that share a like opinion on a political issue.
Lobbying Trying to influence public officials.
Mass media Reaching thousands or millions of people through radio, television, newspaper, and magazines for a persons political campaign.
Propagnda The use of various techniques to select and manipulate information so that it may persuade or influence people effectively.
