UA for Less Than 24 HRs? The unit is responsible for initiating any and all disciplinary action
When a MBR Fails to Report in PCS, the Receiving Unit? Notifies travel card coordinator to immediately suspend account pending investigation
When a MBR is UA While TDY? Their permanent unit notifies travel card coordinator to immediately suspend account pending investigation
When a MBR Fails to Report for Norman Duty? Their permanent unit notifies travel card coordinator to immediately suspend account pending investigation
If MBR is an Officer? Also notify CGPSC (opm)
UA for 10 Days? Notify next of kin
UA for 10 Days, E-4 (Less Than 4 Years of Service) or More Junior w/Dependents? Letter must state, if MBR remains UA for more than 29 days, you may be entitled to BAH not to exceed 2 months
BAH Request Must be Submitted to? PPC (mas)
UA at the Time of Sailing? Complete CG-3307 (P&D-5)
UA at the Time of Sailing, Scheduled for 10 or More Days? Transfer MBR TDY to the nearest SPO ashore
Forward CG-3307 (P&D-5) Immediately to? CGPSC (PSD-MR)
If UA from a Vessel in a Foreign Port? Report absence to the nearest US consulate
UA at the Time of Sailing Notify? Travel card coordinator to immediately suspend account pending investigation
