BAH W/DEP (90 Days or Less)? May continue running for 6 months depending on judge’s ruling
Following Confinement Status, SPO? Restarts pay and returns MBR from confinement status upon MBRs release from confinement
Confinement 90 Days or More? PCS to PPC, Topeka, KS
SPO PDR for Confinement 90 Days or More? Mailed to PPC (PERS)
Medical Record for Confinement 90 Days or More? Mailed to assigned brig
Confinement 90 Days or More, Court Memorandum? Faxed to PPC (PERS)
If Upgraded to Discharge? MBRs record is transferred back to the original unit for discharge processing
Appellate Leave Issues Are Maintained By? PPC (PERS)
