Nervous System Brain, Sensory receptor, Spinal cord, nerves; Fast-acting control system of the body
Endocrine System Pineal gland, Pituitary gland, Thyroid gland, Thymus gland, Adrenal gland, Pancreas, Testis(male), Ovary(female); Glands secrete hormones that regulate processes such as growth, reproduction, and mutrient use by body cells.
Cardiovascular System Heart, Blood vessels; Blood vessels transport blood which carries oxygen, carbon dioxide, mutrients, wastes; the heart pumps blood
Lymphatic System Thoracic duct, Lymph nodes, Lymphatic vessels; Pick up fluid leaked from blood vessels and returns it to blood
Respiratory System Nasal cavity, Pharynx, Larynx, Trachea, Bronchus, Left lung; Keeps blood constantly supplied with oxygen and removes carbon dioxide
Digestive System Oral cavity, Esophagus, Stomach, Small intestine, Large intestine, Rectum, Anus; Breaks food down into absorbable units that enter the blood for distribution to body cells
Urinaty System Kidney, Uteter, Urinary bladder, Uretha; Eliminates nitrogenous wastes from the body
Male Reproductive System Seminal vesicles, Prostate gland, Vas deferens, Testis, Scrotum, Penis; Overall function of the reproductive system is production of offspring
Female Reproductive System Mamary glands (in breasts), Uterine tube, Ovary, Uterus, Vagina; Overall function of the reproductive system is production of offspring
