| Freedom to peacefully to assemble Right to have a gathering as long as it is peaceful | Amendment 1 |

| Quartering of Soldiers Can not house soldiers in private homes or property without the permission of the owner | Amendment 3 |
| Unreasonable searches and seizures Protects yourself,property and documents. Police need a search warrant and they have to have evidence | Amendment 4 |
| Double Jeopardy can be tryed for the same crime twice | Amendment 5 |
| Can't be compelled to be a witness against yourself The government can not force you to testify at your own trial | Amendment 5 |
| Eminent Domain The government taking private property for the public use as long as they pay you a fair market value | Amendment 5 |
| Speed Public Trial Government can not hold you in jail while they build a case against you. Or have your trial behind closed doors. | Amendment 6 |
| Informed of the charges Police must inform you why you are being arrested | Amendment 6 |
| Right to a lawyer A professional to represent you at trial | Amendment 6 |
| Trial by Jury This gives us the right to present the case to a jury of our peers | Amendment 7 |
