Hyaline Cartilage support-costal (rib) cartilage, end of the nose.contains middle sized lacunae containg the chondrocytes.
Fibrocartilage support-padding between vertebrae, pubic symphysis-contains smaller lacunae containing chondrocytes
Elastic Cartilage flexibility-outer ear, epiglottis in larynxcontains the largest lacunae-purple between the lacunae are elastic fibers.
