First Amendment Freedom of speech, press,religion,petition, and asembly
Second Amendment Right to bear arms
Third Amendment Refusal to quarter troops
Fourth Amendment Unreasonable search and seizure
Fifth Amendment Basic Legal Rights: Right to trial by impartial jury, no double jeopardy, judicial members must follow due process of law, and they do not have to self incriminate.
Sixth Amendment Criminal Trial Rights:Right to a speedy public trial, the right to a lawyer.
Seventh Amendment Civil Trial Rights
Eighth Amendment No excessive bail or cruel or unusual punishment.
Ninth Amendment Reserved rights of the people.
Tenth Amendment Reserved rights of the states.
