Crackling sound produced when ends of bones rub against each other crepitus
Bone collapses with trauma or as a result of osteoporosis compression fracture
Inflammation of bone and bone marrow secondary to infection osteomyelitis
Congenital abnormality of the hindfoot (involving the talus) talipes
Decrease in bone density with thinning and weakening of bone osteoporosis
Softening of bone with inadequate amounts of calcium in bone osteomalacia
Deficiency of bone; a precursor to osteoporosis osteopenia
