What is the difference between a conservative a liberal and a moderate? (Conservative) A conservative believes in personal responsibility, limited government, and the freedom to spend one's resources how they see fit.
What is the difference between a conservative a liberal and a moderate? (Liberal) A liberal believes in a social responsibility, government is responsible to provide for you, and one's resources belong to the state to be allocated as it sees fit.
What is the difference between a conservative a liberal and a moderate? (Moderate) A moderate's beliefs are neither consistently conservative nor consistently liberal. A moderate tends to be guided by emotions not principles.
How many levels to the Federal court system? Three: Trial level (primarily US District Courts) Appellate level (US Court of Appeals Circuit Courts) Supreme Court (US Supreme Court)
What is the chief way the federal government raises revenue? Income taxes.
What form of government do we have what kind of Democracy? Representative Democracy.
What form of government gives all the powers to the national government? The Unitary system of government gives all key powers to the national government.
Who did the Founding Fathers believe should have the right to vote? Free White Men.

Marbury vs. Madison(why was it important) It established judicial review.The court has the power and authority to have the final word when it comes to cases involving legality.
Single – member districts A single member district is an electoral system with one candidate for a single seat with a number of members as the legislature. The most common system of voting is the plurality or majority system.
