toxoid a toxin that has been treated by heat or chemicals to destroy its harmful properties. it is administered to an individual to prevent and infectious disease by stimulation the production of anibodies in that individual
toddler a child 1 to 3 years old
vaccine a suspension of attenuated or killed microorganism administrated to an individual to prevent an infectious disease by stimulating the production of antibodies in that individual
