Who is Christopher Columbus? 1st European to sail west searching for a water route to Asia in 1492.
Who is Bartholomeu Dias? In 1488, he explored the tip of Africa.
Who is Ferdinand Magellan? Lead the first expedition to sail around the world from 1519 to 1522.
Who is Vasco da Gama? 1st European to sail around the south of Africa and reach India in 1497 to 1499.
Who is Hernan Cortes? He defeated the Aztecs between 1519 and 1521.
Who is Francisco Pizarro? He was Spanish conquistador who conquered the Inca Empire brutally and quickly in 1533.
Who is Queen Elizabeth I? She was the queen of England who declared war on Spain in 1588 and she attacked treasured filled Spanish ships.
Who is Phillip II? He was the king of Spain who declared war on England in 1588.
