| Modifier 26 | Professional component(when only the interpretation of the results and or operation of the equipment is performed) |

| Modifier 47 | Anesthesia by surgeon |
| Modifier 50 | Bilateral procedure |
| Modifier 51 | Multiple procedures |

| Modifier 53 | Discontinued procedure( used to report the elective cancellation of a procedure before the induction of anesthesia and or surgical preparation in operating suite.) |
