I will produce toxins in your intestines and remain in your feces for weeks. Who am I? Enterohemorrhagic and shiga producing Escherichia Coli (E. Coli.)
I am a bacteria commonly associated with poultry, but also often contaminate water. I occur when poultry is incorrectly cooked or when cross-contamination has occurred. Who am I? Campylobacter Jejuni

I am a bacteria that lives only in humans. People carry me in their bloodstream and intestines. I can make you sick even in small amounts. I remain in your feces for weeks. Who am I? Salmonella Typhi.
I am a bacteria found in the feces of humans with the illness. I am usually caused by contaminated food or water, or from flies. I remain in your feces for weeks. Who am I? Sigella Spp.
I am a bacteria commonly found in humans, particularly in the hair, nose, and throat. I am often caused by food-handlers not washing their hands. Cooking cannot destroy me. Who am I? Staphylococcus Aureus
We are bacteria found in waters where shellfish are harvested. We grow very rapidly in the TDZ. People with chronic conditions (diabetes, cirrhosis) are at high risk of septicemia if infected. We can cause two different illnesses. Who are we? Vibrio Vulnificus and Vibrio Parahaemolyticus

I am a parasite commonly found in the feces of the infected. I am commonly transferred to food by contamination from food-handlers. I am linked to incorrectly treated water and produce. I can cause fever, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, and nausea. Who am I? Giardia Duodenalis
I am a parasite found in contaminated water and produce that has been washed or irrigated with contaminated water (such as berries, basil, or lettuce). I cause nausea, cramps, mild fever, diarrhea/constipation, loss of weight and appetite. Who am I? Cyclospora Cayetanensis

I am a toxin associated with shellfish from the pacific northwest and the east coast of Canada. I cannot be smelled, tasted, or destroyed by cooking or freezing. I cause Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning. Who am I? Domoic Acid
