3 Major Types Of Muscles.

Skeletal Muscles attach to: Tendons, Bones and Flat Tendons (Aponeurosis)
Cardiac Muscles are of: The Heart
Smooth Muscles are of: Walls of hollow organs (Stomach) and Blood vessels.
Which muscles are voluntary? Skeletal
Which muscles are involuntary? Cardiac and Smooth
Which muscle is the fastest? Skeletal (Jumping)
Which muscle is the slowest? Smooth (Vasodilation)
Which muscle is: Straight and have many nuclei that is periphery? Skeletal
Which muscle is: Branched and have one or two nuclei that is set in the middle? Cardiac
Which muscle is: Spindle shaped and only have one nuclei that is set in the middle? Smooth
