Characteristics of Skeletal Muscle

What are four major functional characteristics of skeletal muscle? Contractility, Excitability, Extensiblity, Elasticity.
What ability does contractility have? the ability of skeletal muscle to shorten with force.
What capacity does excitability have? the capacity of skeletal muscles to respond to a stimulus.
What ability does extensibility have? the ability to be stretched.
What ability does elasticity have? the ability to recoil to their original resting length after they have been stretched.
