Pace maker A group of cells in the right atrium that regulate breathing and heart beat.
Heart A hollow musclar organ that pumps blood throught the body.
Cardiac Muscle A muscle that can contract without getting tired.It is found in the heart.
Arteries Blood vessels that carry blood away from the heart.
Capillaries The substances exchnged between the blood and body.
Veins Blood vessels that carry blood nback to the heart.
Hemoglobin Gives blood oxygen to make blood light red instead of dark red.
Coronary Arteries Carry blood to the heart itself.
Hypertension/High Blood Pressure The pressure against the walls of blood vessles is to hard. Caused when ventricles contract
Sphygometer A tool blood pressure is measured by.
Heart Attack Blood flow is blocked to parts of heart.
Diffusion The movement of molecules from an area of high concentration to low concentration.
Atrium Upper chambers that receive blood.
Ventricle Lower chanbers that pump blood out.
