Sexual harassment is? Behavior that is unwelcome, sexual in nature, and connected in some way with a person's job or work environment.
For a person's behavior to be considered sexual harassment, it must meet three criteria. (1) Unwelcome behavior (2) Behavior which is sexual in nature (3)unwelcome sexual behavior must occur in or impact on the work environment.
When recipients are offered or denied something that is work-connected in return for submitting to or rejecting unwelcome sexual behavior, they have been subjected to a type of sexual harassment known as "quid pro quo," or "this for that"
If the behavior produces a work atmosphere which is offensive, intimidating, or abusive to another person, whether or not work performance is affected, a type of sexual harassment called “hostile environment”
What color is acceptable behavior? Green
What color is "may be" sexual harassment? Yellow
What color is behaviors are sexual harassment? Red
