| Elephant | The Republican Party mascot. |
| Donkey,Mule,or Ass | The Democratic Party mascot |
| Food Stamps | A card you can bring to the store to buy food for free. |
| Taxes | Taxes are the extra money we pay when we buy an object that goes to the goverment. |
| Healthcare/medicare | Insurance paid from taxes given to democrats that will pay the cost of any medical issues. |
| Candidate | A person who is running for an office or place in the goverment. |
| Election | A poll used to decide offices. |
| Popular vote | The vote of each individual voter. |
| Electoral College Vote | The majoraty of who is voted for in the state will be the state's votes.Each state has their own number of votes. Example-Texas:38,Louisiana:8Montana:3. How many votes the state gets depends on the population.The presidental candidate must get 270 college |
