What is the most common type of cheese put in a finger sandwich? Cream cheese
What are two ways to cook a sandwich? Grilling and frying.
How are grilled cheese sandwiches served? Closed.
What are the most popular garnishes? Fruit, Radishes, Celery and carrots, Lettuce, and Parsley.
what is a brochette? A combination of meet, poultry, fish and vegetables, served on a small skewer.
What appetizer uses boat shaped shells? Barquette.
What appetizer is filled with ingredients such as cheese, bacon, and chives? Stuffed Potato Skins
what is Butler Service? Appetizers that are carried on a serving plate.
