Who makes up the Legislative Branch? Senators and Representatives
What is one function of the Legislative Branch? They write new laws.
What is one function of the Judicial Branch? They interpret laws already written.
What is the function of the Executive Branch? They enforce the laws.
Who makes up the Executive Branch? The President and the Vice President.
Who makes up the Judicial Branch? The Supreme Court Justices.
How many Supreme Court Justices are there? There are 9.
Three major requirements to vote are: You must be 18 years old, a U.S. citizen and have never been convicted of a felony.
What is the purpose of an absentee ballot? It allows a person to vote even if they are unable to go to the polling place on election day.
