Premature Atrial Complex (PAC) | 160-250 Depends on rate of Underlying Rhythm- Irregular whenever PAC occur P wave May have a Different Shape P-R Varies in PAC |
Atrial Flutter | May be normal /Tacky up 250-350 Irregular N P Wave present Flutter waves instead P-R Absent QRS <0.12 |
