| Social Capital | Social structure that is dictated by social norms and is used to facilitate coordination, and cooperation for mutual benefit |
| Monopoly | When one company is the only one to offer a certain good or service within a marketplace without any competition |
| Political Culture | Widely shared beliefs, values, and norms concerning the relationship of citizens to Government and to one another |
| AntiTrust Legislation | Laws to limit monopolies and encourage competition |
| Natural Rights | The rights that all people to dignity and worth, and that Government, as the primary threats to those rights, must be limited and controlled |
| Political Ideology | Liberal, Conservative, Environmentalist, Libertarian, Communist, Socialist, Etc.. |
| Democratic Consensus | A fairly widespread agreement on the fundamental principles of governance and values |

| Socialism | Political ideology in which the Government controls almost all major industries within a country, still allows the right to private property |
| American Dream | Widespread belief that the United States is a land of opportunity, and that individual initiative and hard work can bring economic success (Jacksonian Democracy) created by Andrew Jackson |
| Environmentalism | Political Ideology that the main focus is Global Warming and Climate Change, the Green Party in America |
| Capitalism | Free market competition driven economic concept |
| Libertarianism | Political ideology that believes all matter should be up to the individual and or states with the exception of issues of Foreign Policy and National Security |
