Pectoralis major | O: medial half of clavicle, sternum, and cartilage of ribs 1-6 I: crest of greater tubercle of humerous A: flexes, adducts and rotates arm medially |
Latissimus dorsi | O: spinous process of T-6 to T-12, lumbar vertibrae, crests of sacrum and illium, last 4 ribs I: crest of lesser tubercle of humerous A: extends, adducts, and rotates arm medially, draws arm inferior and posterior |
Deltoid | O: lateral 1/3 of clavicle, acromion, and spine of scapula I: deltoid tuberosity A: abducts, flexes, extends, may alternately medially or laterally rotate arm |
Subscapularis | O: subscapular fossa I: lesser tubercle of humerous A:rotates arm medially |
Supraspinatus | O: supraspinou fossa I: greater tubercle of humerous A: assista deltoid in adduction |
Infraspinatus | O: infraspinous process I: greater tubercle of humerous A: rotes arm laterally |
Teres major | O: lateral side of inferior angle, lower half of inferior border I: crest of lesser tubercle of humerous A: extends arm, assists in adduction and medial rotation of the arm |
Teres minor | O: superior half of lateral border of scapula I: greater tubercle of humerous A:rotates arm laterally, extends, adducts arm |
Coracobrachialis | O: coracoid process of scapula I: medial surface of mid-humerous shaft A: flexes, adducts arm |
