Tropic of Cancer   located at 0 degrees latitude above the equator. It is when the sun is directly over head at noon.

Tropic of Capricorn   located at 23degrees30's. Marks the Southernmost where this occurs.

Artic Circle   marks the northernmost point where the sun can be seen in the winter.  
🗑
Antartic Circle   marks the southernmost point in which the sun can be seen in the winter.

solstice   Happens every year on december 21 and is when the sun never sets south of the Antiartic Circle.
