Dry Measuring Cups   These cups are used to weigh dry ingredients like flour, spices, salt, or sugar. They mostly come in either plastic or stainless steel and in varying sizes such as ¼ cups, 1/3 cups, ½ cups, or 1 cup.

Liquid Measuring Cups   These cups are used for measuring liquid ingredients. They are usually available in 1 cup, 2 cups, 4 cups, and 8 cup sizes. The larger ones can also be used as a mixing bowl.

Measuring Spoons   These spoons are available in sizes of 1/8, ¼, ½ one teaspoon, and one tablespoon. It is advisable to have two sets of measuring spoons for your daily cooking.

Mixing Bowls   Mixing bowls are used for combining ingredients. They come in various sizes to accommodate different volumes of ingredients.

Digital Scales   Digital scales provide a very accurate measurement, which is especially important for baking.

Instant-Read Thermometer   This tool is used to check the internal temperature of meats and other foods.

Oven Thermometer   An oven thermometer is used to measure the temperature inside the oven.

Timer   A timer is used to track cooking times.
