| Fallopian Tubes | Two tubes, that attach each of the ovaries to the uterus. The cilia will push the egg through to the uterus within 4-6 days.

| Upper Third | The part of the fallopian tube where the egg is most often fertilized

| PID | Pelvic Inflammatory Disease- a blockage of the fallopian, leading to sterility in the female, usually caused by an untreated baterial infection like clamydia or gonorrhea

| Tubal Ligation | The cutting and tying of the fallopain tube permantly sterilizing the female

|
||||
| Ectopic or Tubal Pregnancy | When the fertilized egg IMPLANTS OUTSIDE of the uterus

| Uterus | The female organ where the fetus develops and can stretch to hold a 21 inch long and eight pound baby.
