What is Microorganism in the biological contamination?   Its small, living organism that can be seen only with a microscope

What elements have pathogen?   Harmful microorganism and make people sick when eaten or produce toxins that cause illness

What is toxin?   Poison.

What are the 4 types of pathogens that can contaminated food and cause foodborne illness?   Bacteria, virus, parasites and fungi.

What are the common symptoms of foodborne Illness   Diarrhea, Vomiting, fever, nausea, abdominal cramps, jaundice

What are the basic characteristics of the bacteria?   Location, detection, growth and prevention

What bacteria need to grow?   Food, acidity, temperature, time, oxygen, moisture.
