| From what places the contaminants come? | Animal we use for food. Air, contaminated water and dirt. People (would be deliberately or accidently).

| What is Microorganism in the biological contamination? | Its small, living organism that can be seen only with a microscope

| What elements have pathogen? | Harmful microorganism and make people sick when eaten or produce toxins that cause illness

| What is toxin? | Poison.

| What are the 4 types of pathogens that can contaminated food and cause foodborne illness? | Bacteria, virus, parasites and fungi.

| What are the common symptoms of foodborne Illness | Diarrhea, Vomiting, fever, nausea, abdominal cramps, jaundice

| What are the basic characteristics of the bacteria? | Location, detection, growth and prevention

| What bacteria need to grow? | Food, acidity, temperature, time, oxygen, moisture.
