Neuro/neurapraxia | Mild trauma causing local demyelination and temporary loss of function which will recover in days or weeks

Neurotmesis | Whole nerve axon severed. Total loss of function requiring surgical repair.

Pare/paraesthesia | Altered sensation such as pins and needles, pricking or burning

Proprioception | Ability to detect position of body parts
