Prime Mover/Agonist | The muscle that does most of the work when completing a movement.

Synergists | Muscles that assist the prime mover in a movement.

Antagonists | Muscles that work and move in opposite directions to other muscles. All muscles are paired to have an antagonist.

Naming Muscles | Muscles are named by size, shape, direction of fibers, location, attachment, number of attachments, and action.
