| What role would the leader carry out? | Is responsible for the safety of the facility and the coaches (correct qualification and insurance) so will do a facility risk assessment

| What role would the coach carry out? | Is responsible for the safety of those taking part and the equipment and area being used a session plan with safety considerations.

| First aid? | There must be clear iinformation about where the first aid room and equipment is and how to contact a first aider incase of an emergency.

| What considerations are there surrounding equipment? | Not broken, correctly inflated, correct size for participants, PPE provided

| What is meant by suitability of the site? | The area being used has suffcient space to allow the activity to be safely undertaken.

| What is meant by suitability of the participants? | Are they all capable of performing the activities, are there any considerations required for the partcicipants regarding disability or fitness levels

| What is meant by guidelines? | Warm-up and cool down proticols, specifc PPE or rules taht are needed to ensure safety

| Why is insurance necessary? | In case there is a serious accident which could lead to compensation. The qualified coach would have insurance from the NGB, a teacher would ahve insurance via the workplace.
