vomer bone   the single bone in the middle of the nasal cavity, it forms most of the bony nasal septum

inferior nasal concha   thin curved bones in the nasal cavity and are actually part of the ethmoid bone

mandible   the lower jaw bone and the largest and strongest bone of the face, it holds your lower teeth

maxilla   fuse to form the upper jaw, all facial bones join the maxilla except the mandible so they are called the "keystone" bones of the face. it holds your upper teeth.
