Familiarity more often you experience something more likely to form positive attitude towards it

Persuasive communication | persuader has to have status and credibility, message has to be accurate, clear and stated with confidence and enthusiasm, the receiver has to be ready and motivated to change

Cognitive dissonance | Individuals like to be consistent so all three components of attitude has to be the same. Therefore change either one will create dissonance and motivation is created to alter the attitude

What ways can attitude be measured | Observation and questionnaires via attitude scale i.e. Likert scale Thurston scale
