| Lateral malleolus | Ankle |
| Olecranon process of the ulna (also called just Olecranon) | Boney point of wrist on the pinky side |
| 7th cervical vertebra (C7) | The bump where the neck and torso meet |
| 12th rib -floating (T12) | Last set of ribs only connected to the spine, but not the sternum |
| Illiac crest | The curved, uppermost ridge of the hip bone (ilium) that you can easily feel when you place your hands on your waist |
| Pubic symphysis | Located at the front of the pelvis that connects your left and right pubic bones |
| Styloid process of the radius (also called Radial styloid process) | Pointy part of the wrist on the thumb side, near the radial pulse |
| Anterior Superior Iliac Spine (ASIS) | A front bony bump on the hip bone, superior of mid-thigh |
| Acromioclavicular joint (A-C joint) | Where the clavicle meets the highest point of your shoulder(acromial) |
| Spine of scapula | A thick, prominent ridge of bone that runs across the upper back part of your shoulder blade |
| Medial epicondyle of the humerus | The large, bony bump on the inner side of your elbow; near the funny bone |
| Base of the 5th metatarsal | Where pinky toe meets the base of foot |
| What Is the Axial skeleton? | It is composed of the central vertical axis of the body: skull, middle ear bones, hyoid bone in the throat, vertebral column (spine), and thoracic cage (ribs and sternum). |
| What is the appendicular skeleton? | It is composed of the limbs and their supporting attachments: pectoral girdle (shoulders and collarbones), pelvic girdle (hips), and all the bones in your upper and lower limbs |
