Observatories-buildings to study astronomy.
Causeways-raised roads across water or wet ground.
Conquistadors-soilders.
Hernan Cortes-a man who led a small group of Conpuistadors to the Aztec empire and was thoght to be a god by Moctezuma II. He was given gifts by Moctezuma II and captured Moctezuma II after seeing that the Aztecs had gold.
Moctezuma II-the Aztec emporer who mistakenly thought that Hernan Cortes was a god and brought his
Motive-for doing something.
Codex-an acient book where the Aztecs kept writen historical records in.
Pachacuti-an Incan emporer who led them to expand their territory and brought them to their heigt.
Quencha-the Inca's official language.
llamas-animals that are related to camel but native to South America.
Atahualpa-1 of the sones of the Inca ruler who fought with his brother for the throne and wn. Francisco Pizarro-a Spaniard who led a group of Conquistadors and told Atahualpa to convert to
Distribute-to divide among a group o people.
Masonry-stonework.
