| Colostrum | Fluid secreted by the breasts after delivery,before milk production,that contains antibodies and provides the infant with immunological protection |

| Endometrium | Lining of the uterus |

| Menopause | Cessation of menses |
| Obstetrician | Physician specializalizing in the medical care of women during pregnancy, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care |
| Obstetrics | A Branch of medicine pertaining to the medical care of woman during pregnancy, including prenatal delivery, and postnatal care. |

| Pap Smear (Papanicolaou Test) | A screening test to aid in the detection of cervical/uterine cancer and cancer precursors |
