What are the riqhts under the first amendemt? Freedom of Speech, religion, press, assembly and the right to petition your government.
No unusual and cruel treatment is covered by what amendment? The eighth amendment
How many amandments are there all together? Ther are twenty-seven amandmets in total
What is the second amendment? Right to bear arms
The third amendment pretects you from what? The government forcing you to house soldiers.
What is the fifth amendment? Right to do process of law.
What is Freedom of religion? The right to practice what you want without being persecuted .
What is Freedom of press? press is right to publish whatever they want.
What is the Freedom of speech? The right to speak and to think whatever you like.
