What does the fith amendment include? (things the government cannot do) try a person more than once 4da same crime,make a person testify against themselves for a crime,take away a persons life,liberty or property w/o good reason and fair procedures,take away a persons property unless the person is fairly paid 4their property
What amendment includes the right that the government cannot force you to testify against yourself? The fifth amendment
What does the sixth amendment's main area of focus? All of the rights you have if you have been charged with a crime
What does the eighth amendment include? A person charged with a crime has a right to a fair fine and there cannot be any cruel and unusual punishment
You get your house searched for no reason and then get arrested for a newspaper article you wrote, then you get held in jail for the next three years while wait for your trial to take place, What specific parts of your amendments have been violated? 4th amendment-the right against unreasonable search and seizures 1st amendment-freedom of the press 6th amendment-right to a speedy and public trial

What does the establishment clause mainly mean? That you are allowed to teach about your religion
What does the free exercise clause mainly mean? That you have to choose and practice what ever religion you want as long as it is not a danger to those around you
