The mayor doesn't like the word Jello so he has forbidden the word to be spoken. Is this legal what amendment is it and what section? This is not legal we have the freedom of speech it is the first amendment.
The principal of the school says we all must practice the religion of Buddisom. What amendment protects us from this? The first amendment under the freedom of religion gives us a right not to do this,we all have a right to practice what ever religion we want.
The mayor makes it so all the citizians cannot protest the rule that says we must eat hamburgers everyday for every meal we have a right to protest this is the first amendment saying that we have the freedom to PEACEFULLY protest. We have the right to protest as long as we dont cause harm,brake any law,or become disatsreous.
We are banned from making a news paper or posting anyhthing on a social networking sight about whats happenin in our school, what wrong with this? we have the right to freedom of the press it says under the first amendment. Say that the school fed us hamburgers we have the right to tell people we are legally able to.
The president says we must always have to eat donuts for lunch what can we do to help stop it? we can petition the law it says in the first amendment that we have the right to petition.
Since the mayor is scared of guns and knifes he has prohibited us to have any.what says this is wrong? the second amendment clearly states we have the right to bear arms.
Say you are just sitting at home watching t.v. eating chips and theres a knock on your door,there are soldiers standing there that you have to house them and provide them with food/shelter what protects us from this be able to happen? the third amendment says that the government cannot force you to house soldiers without your consent or autherization in time of war or peace.
you are walking home and a police officer says they dont like your haircut so they start searching you do i have a right to stop it? yes you are the 4th amendment says we have the right to privacy. Persons of intrest cannot be searched unless they have a warrant or exigent.
i was tryed for a bank robbery 2 years ago and found not guilty now they want to try me for the same crime is this legal? No this is not legal the 5th amendment staes that a person or persons cannot be tryed for the same crime more than once.
It was said that they saw me leaving a broken in house now the court want me to testify against myself is this legal? the 5th amendment says that they cannot make us testify againt ourselves.
