My judge has delayed my trial, he has done this ten times before. This violates the sixth amendment, it denies you the right to a speedy trial.
I was walking down the street and a cop asked to search through my bag,. I told him no, but he still search my bag anyway. This is a violation of the fourth amendment, right to privacy/no unreasanable searches.
I was walking through school in a proud to be redneck jacket. The princible told me to take it off because he found it offencive,when i said no he threatend to suspend me. This denies you the right to freedom of expression, the first amendment.
Congress just passed a law banning all guns. My dad wants to be able to own a gun so he may hunt. This new law denies you the right to bare arms in the sencond amendment.
A couple army soulders came to my door and demanded that they stay in my house. After i told them no the came in anyway. The soulders barging into your house violates the third amendment. Government can't force you to shelter soulders.
I walked past a jewish church and said i am jewish now. I told them i already have a religion, but they didnt listen This violates the first amendment, the right to freedom of religion.
I have already gone to trial for shop lifting, but the are sending me again because theyv found more evidence. They are violating the eighth amendment. That no one shall be charged of the same crime twice
What is the bill of rights? The bill of rights is the first ten amendments in the constotution.
Who does the bill of rights protect? It protects all the people in the united statesm, it doesnt matter if they're here legally or not, short term or for life
what is the first amendment? The first amendment is the right to freedom of religion, expression, press, assembly, and the right to pettion the government.
What is an amendment? An amendment is an addition or change the constitution.
