What is the first amendment? It gives freedom of speech, religion, the press, and the right to petition the government.
What is the free exercise clause? The clause in the first amendment that prohibits congess from making any law that prohibits the free exercise of religion.
What is the second amendment? The right to bear arms
Whaat is the third amendment? The government cannot force you to shelter soldiers in your home without your consent.
What is the fourth amendment? The right to unreasonable search and seizures of person's and property.
What is the fifth amendment? The government cannot try a person more than once for the same crime, make them testify against themself, and cannot take away life, liberty, or property without good procedures.
What is the sixth amendment? You have the right to a speedy public trial.
What is the seventh amendment? Right to a jury trial.
What is the eighth amendment? No cruel and unusual punishment.
What is the Bill of Rights? It gives the rights to all citizens of the US.
What is the most important right that we have? Freedom of expression.
If you were held on trial and found not guilty, then they find evidence to prove you guilty afterwards and hold another trial do you have a right to stop the trial? Yes, by the fifth amendment.
The mayor says the next time the city votes for mayor only males of 18 or older will be able to vote. Do females of the age of 18 or higher have the right to vote also? Yes
